Nadia Comaneci - (born on 12 November 1961 Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej (now Onesti, Romania), Romanian gymnast. First gymnast in history to score a 10 for competing in the Olympics. Bela Karrolyi, an Romanian gymnastics instructor, who was later Comaneci's coach and first became aware of Comaneci aged six. The first time she competed at the national junior championships of 1969 placing 13th and she won the competition in 1970. Three gold medals were awarded in her debut competition, a junior pre-Olympic meet in 1972 for the communist bloc nations. Between 1973 and 1974, she became the junior all-round champion. In her very first competition in senior level, Lyudmila Turkishcheva, a Russian athlete, won five gold medals, as well as one silver. She was the first woman to complete a reverse double salo with the bar with a parallel surface after winning the American Cup, New York City 1976. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. When she was in her teens, she began performing in touring shows like Ice Capades as a skater alongside her younger sister Nina Wayne. Carol Marie Wayne was a born on the 6th day of September 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. Carol began her career as an entertainer in her teens. She started her career performing figure skating with Nina Wayne, her younger sister, in the traveling entertainment programs Ice Capades. They featured ice skating shows that included theatrical performances.
