Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is also committed to educating the future generation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles as well as a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three children together with his wife Leslie.
